An easy way to ensure that your compressed air systems are being properly maintained is to have a service agreement with qualified compressor professionals. Not all service agreements are cut from the same cloth, so it’s important to choose your provider with care to make sure that your equipment is getting the attention it needs.
Blake & Pendleton has made a point of separating ourselves from other companies when it comes to providing customer and equipment care. Because our approach to Service Agreements is so unique, we wanted to answer some common questions we face regarding having a service agreement with us.
What is a Service Agreement with Blake & Pendleton?
A Blake & Pendleton service agreement is a maintenance plan for the air compressors and related equipment in your facility. It defines timing, frequency and price for a specific set of tasks related to the care of the compressed air system. It keeps us on the same page and identifies our compressor plan of care in advance.
What are the primary benefits of being in a Service Agreement with Blake & Pendleton?
-Proper care of your compressed air system
-Warranty compliance & record keeping
-Maintenance is performed by factory trained professionals
-Visits always start with a Job Safety Analysis of the compressor location to ensure safety for all
-We prioritize environment-friendly care and disposal of waste
A lesser known benefit of having a service agreement with Blake & Pendleton is that you will get priority scheduling. Customers under our care do not typically have many “down” calls – but when they do, they go to the top of the list.
We also offer monthly payment options, which allows you to budget your maintenance dollars accordingly.
Are there variations or customizations of service agreements?
Our service agreements are typically set for quarterly service intervals for a full calendar year. However, the services are totally customizable; frequency, pricing, and specific tasks can vary. Every service is unique to meet customer needs 100%.
Does Blake & Pendleton require purchases of equipment prior to a Service Agreement?
We can provide a service agreement for any make or brand of compressor, whether you bought from us or not.
Will having a Service Agreement with Blake & Pendleton save you money?
